Trinity Sunday B

Nancy is a widow in her young seventies. She shows the little ones how to bless at the Baptism Font . She says that we have Three Special Friends, God The Father, God  The Son and God The Holy Spirit. God Our Father makes the Sun shine on everybody, everywhere, the good and not so good. God The Son, Jesus is our Forever Friend and is The Face of God. That is the story of Christmas. God The Holy Spirit gives life to all that exists.

Nancy gives a souvenir card of the christening to the parents. It says ...May God The Father bless this child. May God The Son be model and inspiration. May God The Holy Spirit be welcome in this child’s heart. Amen.

The Three Persons, is  wonder beyond all that we can imagine. God is not lonely in Heaven watching us with a critical eye, but a family of Love, Beauty, Joy and Life unending.

Saint Irenaeus thinks of God The Father with two Hands, God The Son and God The Holy Spirit, and God laughs. The echo of that laugh is the world and all creation. Sometimes, I tell the little ones that God dances all the time and we sing ...

Dance, Dance, wherever you may be, I am The Lord of the Dance, says He. I danced in the morning when the world was begun, I danced on the moon, the stars and the sun, I came down from Heaven and I danced on the earth, at Bethlehem I had my birth. So Dance, Dance, wherever you may be I am the Lord of the Dance says He, and I lead you all wherever you may be, and I lead you all in the Dance, says He.
