Easter is like sunshine that rises from the darkness of night, and fills the world with light, warmness, and colours of joy. Easter tells us that Jesus comes out of the darkness of dying, to be with us, and the world, in new ways, through His Risen Spirit.. Jesus Risen Spirit is with us when we have life and breath. Jesus Risen Spirit is with us when our hearts enjoy friends, parties, music, song, fun, and games. Jesus Risen Spirit is with us when we see all the new ideas, fashions and styles in the world. Jesus Risen Spirit is with us, when we are kind and help others, when we smile, and learn to say ‘Sorry’ and ‘Thanks’, especially the Thank You Prayer of Mass. I notice a tulip flower everyday. Its eyelashes are closed during the night. Then the Sun rises, and it opens its eyelashes, and reveals a generous heart, that perfumes the world with colours and delight... and it sings... He is Risen, He is Risen... Alleluia .
