I like the story of the teacher teaching the little ones the prayer ...Grace after meals. When the priest visited the class room, the teacher asked Jacinta to stand up, and tell the priest what her Mammy says, after they have a nice meal together. My mammy says .....Jesus I'm burstin, Jacinta said. The answer was from the heart, more than from the head.

We hear the words of Jesus to day ....Follow Me. The two words summarise all religion, and are more about Person, than Creed or words. Heart and head. It is the difference of being Christ, more than knowing about Christ. The ‘’Follow me‘’ includes all people, and all life, all kinds, and all sorts, the birds of the air, the sun that shines, the cripple, the blind and the lame, the outcast, the prisoner, the thief on the cross. The Church tries to be a pointer to Christ, but will never be perfect, because it is made up of people like me, and will fail seven times a day. People may not be regular at Mass for one reason or another, but if the heart is open to follow Christ ...The Human One, all will be well. People have a good word, a helping hand, struggle with worry and pain, and longing of heart. They are following Christ without knowing it, so often.
