The
Rabbi priest wondered how much of the collection he should give to
God and how much he should keep himself. He put all the money in an
open basket and threw it up to Heaven....God, he said you keep what
you want, and I’ll take the rest. Money is a blessing, but its
misuse...over loved .. can bring unhappiness. Money and Tax are
always news . A little boy begged on the street .... give s a copper
sir, and God bless you. A pompous person stopped, looked and said to
the boy ....God didn’t bless you much did He ...The little boy
said ...O God did bless me
Sir ....He gave the money to other people for
me , but they forgot to share. We are children of a Famine
people ...Thank God we don’t forget to share. All belongs to God.
Even what Caesar and the State have is on loan. May our nations of
the world who spend vast sums of money on armaments and war, become
sensitive to the millions of people in starvation, especially when
we sit in comfort to enjoy our daily food and drink , may we do what
we can to lend our support for
the hungry and deprived, Our missionaries are a blessing that
encourages us with their generosity.
