When Paddy the Irishman arrived in Heaven, he had a word with God. He said  ‘I kept my religion, and said my prayers, and I was a poor man. I prayed to win the lotto for the family, and you ‘let me down’. God said ,’’the least you could have done was to buy a tickets’ don’t dare to advise on prayer. Prayer is a gift of God ,given to everyone, because the human heart is designed by God. The Divine chip is within us. There is a voice in the heart. St.Joan ,was challenged by the judge, why he did not hear the voices she speaks about. Joan said, that the voices are there ,but you don’t listen. We are too distracted to listen. People who know about prayer advise us to be still..Silent. When I walk in the park, I wonder ,if plugging my ears makes this silent, still moment. Personally, I prefer to look at people, especially babies, to notice the dog, hear the birds sing, feel grass under my feet ,see the playing teams. To look, touch, smell ,is to awaken wonder, and a spirit within. A trillion bits and pieces in the human ,get together ,to make one breath. God is in our experiences all the time, prayer people tell us, and Jesus teaches ,in today’s story...,the Fathers Loving compassion to me, and through me to others is there always.....all in the daily bread routine, of bothersome friends, constant searching .I am sure that parents with little children, in constant care, pray instinctively..O God help me ...what am I going to do ...what’s best. I like the one line prayers myself ..O Thank God.....A Lovely meal-drink  ...a great day ..A beautiful  girl...man ..A darling baby, a smiling flower, a giving heart.....A LOVING FATHER.
